Toyota Engine Overhaul Specialists
Toyota engines are widely used in Malaysia, and we frequently overhaul various types of Toyota engines, including petrol, V6, and diesel variants. Our expertise covers all popular models including Hilux, Harrier, Hiace, Vellfire, Alphard, Camry, Vios, Innova, Fortuner, Yaris, Surf, Land Cruiser, and Corolla.
If you notice black oil drops on your parking floor, it's likely engine oil leaking from the engine or its external components. You should check the engine oil level using the dipstick and observe the amount of oil loss. Even a few drops on the floor can indicate a leak, and when driving, the high pressure inside the engine can cause more oil to leak than you might expect.
Oil Leaks and Engine Damage
This is a common issue we see in our workshops. Many customers realize there's an oil leak but don't think it could lead to a breakdown on the highway. Often, the root cause is an old or worn-out oil seal. Over time, the seal hardens and loses its effectiveness, allowing engine oil to leak more and more.
If unnoticed, the engine oil level can drop dangerously low, resulting in the engine running without sufficient lubrication β a situation commonly known as an "engine jam." Without proper lubrication, the engine bearings wear out, fracture, and eventually seize, stopping the crankshaft from turning.

Professional Engine Restoration
The extent of engine damage depends on how fast and how long the engine runs without proper lubrication. Damage can range from minor piston scratches and crankshaft wear to severe cases where pistons collide with the cylinder walls, causing catastrophic engine failure.
Such internal damage can only be accurately assessed after dismantling the engine and inspecting each component carefully. Following the inspection, specialized machining and replacement of worn parts are necessary to restore the engine. We guarantee that every engine we overhaul is brought back to a like-new condition, safe and reliable for continued use.
