V6 Engine Overhaul β Naza Ria Overheating Issues
A V6 engine overhaul requires an experienced mechanic, especially for the Naza Ria. One of the most common problems our customers face is engine overheating, often caused by coolant system failures such as a clogged radiator, faulty fan, damaged relays, rusted pipes, or burst hoses.
When the engine overheats, you may notice heavy white smoke from the exhaust, boiling water with bubbles in the radiator, or coolant spurting out!
Understanding Overheating Damage
This happens because the engine's extreme heat can burn the head gasket, creating a gap between the cylinder head and engine block that allows air to enter the coolant passages, causing bubbles and high pressure in the radiator. If the radiator cap is opened under these conditions, hot coolant can shoot out with force, posing a serious skin burn risk.
If your engine overheats, allow it to cool completely before checking the radiator, or contact us for guidance.
